- Caribbean rum cask finish
A rye whiskey from Angel's Envy, finished in Caribbean rum casks. The finishing lasts up to 18 months, and the rum was chosen after more than 100 rums had been sampled for one that would complement rye.
The aim is to set the raw, spicy and earthy character of the rye against the mellow sweetness of the rum finish. It followed the brand's bourbon finished in port barrels, and it is bottled at 100 proof.
