Ardbeg Ten Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtering. It was named World Whisky of the Year in 2008.
It is described as one of the peatiest and smokiest of single malts, yet the peat is not pushed forward. The natural sweetness of the malt comes through, giving a whisky of balance.
