An Oa is a single malt from Ardbeg, the Islay distillery. The nose is smoky, with caramel, aniseed and dates, and fruity aromas in the background. On the palate there is a mix of spice, a little orange and tea leaves. Cigar smoke and a touch of aniseed follow in the finish. Smoke runs from the nose through to the end of the finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
