Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Heavy Vapours is an Islay single malt from Ardbeg, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. In normal distillation the purifier holds back the heaviest vapours, which is part of why Ardbeg is more balanced than simply peaty. For this batch the purifier was taken out of the process, so those heavier vapours stayed in the spirit before it went into classic Ardbeg casks to mature.
