Ardbeg – Uigeadail (70cl, 54.2%)

Ardbeg Uigeadail is an Islay single malt, bottled at 54.2% in a 70cl bottle. Ardbeg is seen as perhaps the most distinctive character in Scotland, and this is its richer expression, made by combining whisky from ex-bourbon casks with whisky from Sherry casks. The Sherry casks soften the smoke a little, giving a balance of sweet and savoury character.
