Ardbeg Uigeadail, pronounced 'Oog-a-dal', is a single malt from the Islay distillery, bottled at 54.2% ABV. It is a vatting, which means it is made from a blend of different casks. The aim was to join Ardbeg's traditional, complex house style with the sweetness that ex-sherry casks bring.
The nose shows pine needles and charcoal, with sultanas and espresso from the sherry casks. The palate is full and round with a complex structure, sweet, spicy and smoky.
