The nose is fresh and herbal, with vanilla, pear, freshly cracked black pepper, honey-glazed ham, Turkish coffee and sappy pine resin. Water brings out vetiver, fennel, aniseed, green apple and leather.
The palate is rich and forceful, with chocolate, tar, creosote and smoked bacon. The finish bursts with antiseptic lozenges, eucalyptus and more aniseed.
