A six-year-old Highland single malt distilled at Ardnamurchan in 2019 and bottled independently by North Star Spirits in 2025. It is number 025 in the North Star Cask Series.
The whisky matured for six years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and was bottled at a cask strength of 52.7%, without added colour and non-chill-filtered. The edition runs to 610 bottles in 70cl.
The nose is cola cubes and citrus. The palate is dense and creamy, with hazelnut and burnt raspberry. The finish carries dark berries and black coffee.
