Ardnamurchan AD/10 is a 10 year old Highland single malt, released in 2024 as the distillery's first bottling with a 10 year age statement. It was bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour or chill-filtration, and 15,000 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured first in first-fill bourbon casks, then spent 13 to 14 months in Paul Launois Champagne barriques.
The nose is tropical, with pineapple and mango, honey, baked banana, figs, caramel, toffee and white chocolate. The palate is full and waxy, with honey, linseed oil, gingerbread, spice and cedar. The finish is long and oily, with wax, lingering sweetness and spice.
