A Highland single malt from Ardnamurchan, made from Golden Promise barley as part of the Heritage Barley series. The spirit is 100% unpeated. It was distilled in 2018, matured in bourbon barrels and bottled in 2025 at 59.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The outturn is 10,290 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers milk chocolate digestive biscuits, glacé cherries, lime cordial, marzipan and apricot jam, with a whiff of long grass. The palate is oily, with sugared almonds, orange polenta cake and baked apples. The finish is medium in length, with soft orchard fruit and espresso.
