This is a peated single malt from Ardnamurchan, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in French Sauternes casks.
Sauternes is a Bordeaux dessert wine marked by noble rot, which gives it sweet and aromatic character as well as influence from the oak.
The palate is described as peach, honey and citrus fruit with a subtle spiciness. The finish is powerful, with peat and sweet flavours in good harmony.
