Ace of Spades Rosé is a Champagne from Armand de Brignac, produced by the Cattier family in the Champagne region of France. It comes in the house's metallic pink bottle, which is hand finished. The blend uses Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with a portion of still red wine added for depth and colour. This gives the rosé deeper fruit and richness than the house's Brut, while keeping freshness and balance. The nose is fresh strawberry, raspberry and rose petal with a hint of brioche. The palate is creamy with red berry fruit, a little spice and delicate minerality, and the finish is smooth and lingering with refined acidity.
