Armorik – Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Armorik Sherry Cask is a single malt from Brittany, matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from organically grown French barley and distilled in pot stills. The sherry casks add spice and candied fruit to the fruitiness of the Armorik style, bringing Breton and Andalusian influences together. The nose is intense and fine, with vanilla, citrus, a touch of menthol and dried fruit. On the palate come crème brûlée, prune and roasted almonds, and the finish carries vanilla, spice and warm sherry.
