This is a ten-year-old single malt Scotch from Isle of Arran Distillers, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is non-chill filtered.
The nose is herbal, with sponge cake, hedgerow greenery and dry grass, the sort of scent that recalls a long English summer afternoon. On the palate it is sweet, with fairly malty digestive biscuits followed by green fruit and the skin of a Cox apple. The finish is malty and slightly bitter.
