Whitlaw is a Signatory bottling from The Unchill Filtered Collection, a single malt from the Highland Park distillery. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled at 46% without chill-filtering, in a 70cl bottle.
Highland Park was founded in 1798 in Kirkwall on Orkney and is the northernmost distillery in Scotland. Orkney peat differs considerably from Islay peat, and a heather-like sweetness is one of the whisky's basic aromas.
