This Highland Park single malt, named Gentle Noses, was distilled in May 2003 and bottled in December 2018 by Wiebers after 15 years. It is bottled at 51.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Highland Park was founded in 1798 in Kirkwall and is the most northerly distillery in Scotland. Orkney peat differs markedly from Islay peat, and heather sweetness is often cited as one of the basic aromas of its whisky.
