This is a 15 year old Arran single malt from a single sherry hogshead, bottled at its natural cask strength of 52.9% in a 70cl bottle. It was the first Private Cask bottling for Mizunara Hong Kong, and only 302 bottles were released.
The spirit was distilled on 20 April 2000 and bottled on 8 August 2015. The sherry flavours from the cask sit in balance with the character of the Arran spirit.
Rich raisins and apricots come together with malty cereals, leading into a long, complex finish.
