Arran – 17 Year Old Single Cask 2022 (70cl, 50.1%)

This Arran single cask was distilled at the Isle of Arran Distillery and matured for 17 years in a bourbon hogshead. It was bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.1%, without chill-filtration or added colour, in a 70cl bottle. Only 300 bottles were released. It is the third chapter in a single cask series between Bremer Spirituosen Contor and the Arran Distillery, chosen together with distillery manager Stewart Bowman. The nose brings juicy ripe fruit, vanilla and honey. The palate is creamy and spicy, with a note of beeswax.
