Arran – 1996 27 Year Old Single Cask The Stillman's (70cl, 50.7%)

This is a 27 year old single cask Arran, distilled in 1996 at Lochranza and bottled in 2023 in a 70cl bottle. It was drawn from a single hogshead and is an independent bottling from The Stillman's collection, chosen and bottled by The Stillman's. Only 258 bottles were filled, at a cask strength of 50.7%. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose brings local fruit, apple and a pinch of salt. On the palate it is oily, with orange, ripe lemon, malt, oak and spice, and the finish is long, spicy and velvety.
