Arran 25 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Isle of Arran Distillers, aged for 25 years and bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers rich oak with a soft touch of nutmeg, then sweeter baked figs, raisins and black cherries. On the palate come fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon, and juicy oranges and mandarins softened by manuka honey, muscovado sugar and baked apricots, with a note of white pepper. The finish is creamy and spiced, with dark chocolate, nuts and a compote of dark fruit.
