Arran Amarone Cask Finish is a single malt matured first in traditional oak and then finished in Amarone wine casks. The casks came from an artisan Amarone producer in the Veneto region of Italy.
The flavours are cherry, Turkish delight, chocolate orange and honey. The distillery on the Isle of Arran was built in 1995, the first on the island in over a century, and its spirit is delicate and cereal-driven with citrus flavours. This bottling is in a 70cl bottle.
