Arran – Barrel Reserve (43%)

Arran Barrel Reserve is a single malt from the Arran distillery, matured entirely in American oak casks and bottled at 43%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The American oak brings plenty of vanilla and coconut, alongside the citrus character of the distillery's island style. The nose has vanilla, fresh pear and sweet honey. The palate is delicate, with citrus fruit, sweet vanilla, apples and coastal notes, and the finish lingers with sweetness from the casks, spices and milk chocolate.
