Arran Quarter Cask, also known as The Bothy, is a single malt bottled at cask strength, 56.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks, then was finished in quarter casks of 125 litres.
The nose brings apple tart, pineapple and brioche. On the palate a fresh opening gives way to sweetness and spice, with cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is sweet, with honey, pineapple, vanilla and coconut.
