Arran Robert Burns Single Malt (43%)

This is a single malt from the Isle of Arran Distillers, bottled at 43% ABV with no artificial colouring. It is made as a tribute to the poet Robert Burns, who could often have seen Arran from his home town of Alloway. The distillery is the only one with the official approval of the World Burns Federation, and has held a partnership with it since 1998. The nose is fresh vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is sweet and creamy, with honey, toffee-glazed pecans and fresh summer fruit. The finish brings sweetness, apple and citrus.
