This is a 13 year old Auchentoshan from the Un-Chillfiltered Collection of independent bottler Signatory Vintage. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky was finished in first fill Amontillado sherry hogsheads. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour, and it is a limited bottling.
The nose combines creamy vanilla, white peach and light citrus over roasted almonds and dried figs. The palate is velvety, with dark grapes and milk chocolate. The finish is long, dry and fruity, with a touch of cinnamon.
