Auchentoshan 18 Year Old is a Lowland single malt, triple distilled and matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, in a 70cl bottle. It has a golden honey colour.
Ripe citrus and green tea sit alongside toasted almonds, with the nutty, green and leafy character that Auchentoshan is known for.
The nose shows crème brûlée, a burst of citrus and green leafiness. The palate is smooth and sweet, with tangerine and lime. The finish is gingery and slightly drying, with a lingering nuttiness.
