Auchentoshan 21 Year Old is a triple distilled Lowland single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition.
The whisky matured for more than twenty-one years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks. It is bright copper in colour.
The nose is ripe gooseberry with sweet vanilla and oak, alongside a freshly cut barley note. On the palate there is light chocolate and soft green fruit, with old oak and honey. The finish is long and lasting.
