This is a 22-year-old single malt from Auchentoshan, bottled by Lady of the Glen from a single cask. Auchentoshan is triple distilled, which is unusual for Scotch, and the sweet, lemony spirit is made to be light and clean. It spent its full 22 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead. The spirit was distilled on 10 February 1998 and bottled on 12 October 2020 at its natural cask strength of 56%. The cask yielded 132 bottles. Tasting notes mention orange barley sugar, exotic spices and wood shavings.
