A Pecorino d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC from Az. Agricola Contesa, from calcareous hills in Abruzzo. It is fermented at controlled temperature and aged in steel to preserve aromatic brightness and crispness. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus and light exotic fruit. The palate is fragrant and vibrant, with a pleasant balance between acidity and body and a persistent, mineral finish. It pairs with fish, shellfish and seafood starters.
