Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC from Az. Agricola Contesa is made from Trebbiano grown in Abruzzo, on calcareous soils in a Mediterranean climate moderated by the nearby Apennines, which gives the wine minerality and freshness.
Vinification aims to preserve varietal purity, with controlled fermentation and brief ageing in stainless steel to keep the fresh, fruity notes. It suits delicate seafood dishes, fish starters and herb risottos.
