A white wine from Az. Agricola Contesa, made from the native Passerina grape. It has a bright straw yellow colour and delicate, fragrant aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a fresh citrus note.
On the palate it shows an elegant balance between acidity and softness, with a clean and pleasantly persistent finish. Ageing in stainless steel preserves the aromatic purity typical of the grape.
It pairs with seafood starters, fish dishes, vegetables and traditional Abruzzese cuisine.
