Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC Linea Vigna Corvino

A rosé wine from Abruzzo made from Montepulciano. It has an intense cherry-pink colour, and the name Cerasuolo refers to that colour. Short skin maceration extracts aroma and structure without weighing down the palate, while ageing in steel preserves freshness and fruit. The wine shows fresh strawberry, cherry and delicate floral notes, with a harmonious, slightly savoury finish. On the palate it is lively and balanced, suited to Abruzzese dishes such as pasta with meat sauce or less structured fish dishes.
