A red wine from Baglio di Grisi made from Perricone, vintage 2025. Ruby in colour with purple reflections, it shows ripe red fruit, light floral notes and discreet spice on the nose. The palate has soft tannins, balanced freshness and a slightly earthy depth. Compact yet ready to drink, it pairs with cured meats, semi-hard cheeses, white meats and simple dishes with light sauces. Serve at 16-18 C.
