A single grain whisky from South Africa, made by the James Sedgwick Distillery entirely from locally grown maize. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spends three years maturing in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It is then moved into further first-fill ex-bourbon casks for another 18 to 30 months.
