Baker's 7 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53.5%)

Baker's 7 Year Old is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Each bottle is filled from one barrel, with no batching or mixing, so the character varies subtly from barrel to barrel. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of seven years in charred oak. It is described as full-bodied, with traditional bourbon notes of oak, caramel and vanilla, and it can be taken neat, over ice or in a cocktail.
