Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon (53.5%)

Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for a minimum of seven years and bottled at 107 proof. Each bottle comes from a single barrel. Booker Noe, sixth-generation Beam master distiller, created Baker's in 1992 as part of the original Small Batch Bourbon Collection. It is named after Baker Beam, a grand-nephew of Jim Beam who worked at the Jim Beam Distillery for 38 years. It began as a small batch bourbon and returned in 2019 as a single barrel release, to show the individual character of each barrel. It is described as a smooth, medium-bodied bourbon.
