Baker's 7 Years Old Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 53.5%)

Baker's Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon with a minimum age statement of seven years, bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, and the bottle design shows the barrel's age, its warehouse and the date it was barrelled. This release was barrelled in March 2015. The mash bill is 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley. The nose is fruit, vanilla and caramel. The palate is medium-bodied, with oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. The finish is warm and rounded, and stays on the tongue for a while.
