Baker's 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Beam Suntory, bottled at 53.5% in a 75cl bottle. It belongs to the Original Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The bourbon is named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam. It is distilled at a lower proof, then barrelled and aged in small batches, a method meant to draw more toasted nut, fruit and vanilla from the barrel wood. It is matured in select rackhouses. It is described as a robust bourbon with a silky, smooth finish.
