Balblair 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in dunnage warehouses with earthen floors, first in American oak ex-bourbon casks and then finished in first-fill Spanish oak butts. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
In the glass it is a bright amber. The nose carries leatherwood honey, spicy gingerbread, juicy prunes and fresh lemon peel. The palate is velvety and round, with dark chocolate, tropical fruits and warming spices. The finish is long and mellow, with creamy vanilla and gentle citrus.
