Balblair 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and first-fill Spanish oak butts, and is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines leatherwood honey and spicy gingerbread with juicy prunes and fresh lemon peel. The palate is velvety, with dark chocolate, tropical fruit and spices. The finish is long and mellow, with creamy vanilla and citrus.
