This is a fifteen-year-old Highland single malt from Balblair, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and in Spanish oak casks that were being filled for the first time. It is described as round and velvety, with a smooth texture that recalls melted chocolate.
The finish is notably fine.
