Balblair 15 Years is a Highland single malt from the Balblair distillery at Edderton, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered.
The whisky matures first in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then in first fill Spanish oak butts.
The nose brings leather, honey, ginger cake, plums and lemon zest. The palate has a silky texture, with dark chocolate, tropical fruit and spice. The finish is long and rounded, with creamy vanilla and citrus.
