Balcones – Baby Blue Corn Whiskey (75cl)

Balcones Baby Blue is a Texas corn whiskey made by Balcones in Waco, and the first Texas whiskey on the market since Prohibition. It is made from roasted New Mexico blue corn and comes in a 75cl bottle. The roasted blue corn gives a rich, oily texture, and the finish is medium-long and warming. Texas-grown malted barley is also part of the recipe, and the whiskey can be taken neat or on the rocks.
