Ballantine's Finest is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, bottled by George Ballantine & Son.
The recipe has stayed almost unchanged since 1910. It brings together more than 40 malt and grain whiskies from Scotland's four main whisky regions, with the malts of Miltonduff and Glenburgie at its core. It is matured in selected oak casks.
The nose is soft and elegant, with heather honey, a little milk chocolate, mild spice and fresh ripe red apple. On the palate, milk chocolate, red apple and vanilla sit alongside a round texture and a light maltiness. The finish is fresh and floral, with lingering sweet spice.
