This is a heavily peated 10-year-old Ballechin from the Edradour Distillery, bottled straight from the cask at a cask strength of 58.2% ABV. It was distilled on 28 October 2010 and bottled on 25 October 2021 from a single bourbon cask, number 354, in a 50cl bottle.
The edition is 319 bottles, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines vanilla, soft peat, citrus and light spices. The palate is creamy and robust, with smoke, sweet bourbon wood, honey and marshmallow. The finish is long, warm and smoky, with a fresh bourbon sweetness.
