Balvenie – 15 Years Single Barrel (70cl, 47.8%)

Balvenie 15 Years Single Barrel is a single malt bottled at 47.8% in a 70cl bottle. For this release the malt master chose only ex-sherry casks with a sweet fruit and oak character. Each bottle is labelled with its cask number and bottle number. Balvenie grows its own barley and keeps its own coopers and coppersmiths on site. It is also the only distillery to do both, and it still uses traditional floor maltings.
