This Bardstown Bourbon Co Collaborative Series release is a blend of 7 year old Indiana rye whiskey and 17 year old Tennessee bourbon, bottled at 54% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The blend was finished in Foursquare casks for 23 months, which added ripe tropical fruit and citrus.
The rye brings a vibrant, zesty spice, balanced by caramelised banana, allspice, coconut and citrus oil. It builds to a sweet finish full of caramelised fruit.
