Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #10 (75cl, 57.1%)

Discovery Series #10 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies from the Bardstown Bourbon Company, bottled at 57.12% (114.24 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The Discovery Series is built around the art of blending, combining whiskies found from many places into new flavour profiles and styles. The nose brings toasted pecan, maple and baked cherry. On the palate come vanilla cream, hazelnut and cocoa. The finish is lasting, with deep flavours balanced by spice.
