Bardstown Bourbon Rare Character 7 Year Old 7 Months Single Barrel K45-035 Louisiana Exclusive Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2026) (75cl, 63.2%)

This is a single barrel from the Rare Character range by Bardstown Bourbon, a Kentucky straight bourbon aged seven years and seven months. It was distilled on 25th April 2018 and bottled in December 2025 at 63.16% ABV (126.32 proof), in a 75cl bottle, as a Louisiana exclusive. The K45 mashbill is 51% corn and 45% rye, so it sits right at the minimum corn content for bourbon with a high share of rye. The colour is a light amber. The nose is bright with orange peel and lemon zest, candied rye sweetness and floral touches, over a base of caramel and vanilla.
