Barr Hill Gin (42%)

Barr Hill Gin is an American craft gin from Caledonia Spirits in Montpelier, Vermont. It is distilled from neutral grain spirit with juniper, coriander, angelica root, citrus peels and raw wildflower honey, which is added during distillation and as a finish. Bottled at 42% ABV. The honey gives a soft, rounded sweetness and subtle floral complexity alongside bright citrus and herbal notes. It is unaged. On the nose there is juniper and lemon peel with wildflower honey and soft herbal aromatics. The palate is smooth, with bright citrus and juniper, honey-kissed mid-notes, botanical spice and light herbal hints. The finish is medium, with delicate floral and citrus echoes and a gentle honeyed warmth.
